This is a public offer of a subscription contract. Payment on the site means you accept the edition that was published at the moment of payment.

1. Subject. The seller provides access to the online trainer (computer software) for the chosen period. The service is access to the software. It is not certification and not a promise that you will pass the exam.

2. Price. Prices are in rubles on the pricing page and on the payment screen before the charge. You pay the amount shown on the payment screen. Trial access: 99 rubles for 3 days, once per person, with no auto-renewal. Those 99 rubles count toward the next paid period.

3. Payment and receipt. Payment is in rubles through YooKassa. The receipt goes to the email given at payment. The seller does not store card data. While the pay button on the site is inactive, this page does not charge anything.

4. Auto-renewal. It is off by default. It turns on only with a separate consent. The terms are in the auto-renewal rules. Trial access does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.

5. Price change. A new price applies to new purchases at once. For access with auto-renewal the seller warns at least 30 days ahead. Until that date charges use the previous price.

6. Refusal and refund. You may refuse the service before the paid period ends. You pay for the part of access actually provided, and the rest is returned. How to send a request and when to expect a reply is on the refund page. Money is returned by the same method used for payment.

7. Limit. The service is not a state body of Georgia and is not affiliated with one. Questions come from open official materials, and answers are given as in the source. The seller does not promise an exam result.

8. Age. The offer is addressed to people over 18.

9. Claims. Send a claim to gehelp-ge@yandex.ru. The reply is within 10 business days. The law of the Russian Federation applies.
