Auto-renewal rules

Auto-renewal is off by default. These rules apply only after a separate consent.

1. What is turned on. A separate switch that is not pre-checked, next to the amount, the period and the date of the first charge. The consent is written in a log together with the version of these rules.

2. When it is charged. On the date stated when you turn it on, and then with the same period. The amount is the price of the chosen plan. Three days before the charge an email arrives: the amount, the date and how to turn it off. Without that email the charge is not made.

3. How to refuse. Any of these ways immediately stops further charges: the off button in the account; removing the saved payment method; an email to gehelp-ge@yandex.ru; a reply «STOP» to the email about the coming charge. A support request is handled within 1 business day and before the charge date.

4. Turning it on again. After a refusal a new charge is possible only after a new consent and a new log entry.

5. Price change. The seller tells you about a new auto-renewal price at least 30 days ahead. Until that date the previous price applies.

6. Log. The seller keeps when and how consent was given, when and how it was refused, and what was done after the refusal.
